Ive been meaning to do this since 2008. Really. I had it all set up. I called it Local Hot Dish. (so minn-e-soh-tan) I know. Nothing flowed with it. I knew I had something to say--my timing was just not right. At the time I was full force into the professional cooking/baking world and often, i just couldn't find a quiet moment.
